At Felis Gallery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We provide high-quality, individually crafted products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following return policy:
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements:
1. Damaged Items:
If you receive a product that has been damaged, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage and your order details.
2. Items Not Matching Description:
If the product you receive does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details of the discrepancy and your order information.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reasons apart from those stated above. This includes but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product based on personal preference, incorrect order placement by the customer, or changes of mind.
Refund and Replacement Process:
1. Contact Us:
To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact customer service at robert@felisgallery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any necessary photographic evidence.
2. Refund and Replacement Authorization:
If a replacement is requested and approved, we will produce and ship a new product to you at no additional cost.
If a refund is requested and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
